Facing each other solemnly

At the edge of the daffodil garden
Two lone daffodils
Facing each other
Solemnly
Lonely
Thinking they are the only daffodils
In the entire world

Oh, no, you can't make daffodils be sad. Daffodils are sunny and happy and full of giggles!
